Delivery
Delivery time: Your package will usually arrive within 3–5 business days after payment has been received.
Shipping partner: We ship with DHL. Delivery is contactless and does not require a signature.
Tracking: As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a tracking link by email.
Note on stock shortages: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you immediately about the expected restock date. If the item was part of a discounted offer, we will cancel the out-of-stock item and refund the corresponding amount directly.

Due to increased shipping/return costs and customs regulations, delivery to other European countries is unfortunately not possible.
- Shipping costs within Germany are 5.50 €.
- Shipping costs for deliveries within Europe are 10.50 €.
- The shipping costs for small parts (goods value less than €10.00) are 2.90 €.
