Within Germany
For deliveries within Germany, the shipping costs are €5.50. For partial deliveries, this amount will only be charged once for the first delivery.
Deliveries above 80 € are free of shipping costs.
Postage for small items (value of goods under € 10.00) is € 2.90.
Within Europe
For deliveries within Europe the shipping costs are 10.50 €.
Deliveries above 150 € are free of shipping costs.
Delivery times
Packages are normally delivered within 3 - 5 working days by DHL after receipt of payment. Shipment tracking is possible. Delivery is made without signature. We will send you a link for tracking. We deliver within the shortest possible time. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you about a possible subsequent delivery.
You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Returns from Germany
Too big, too small, don't like it. Would you like to return parts of your order?

We charge €3 for returns within Germany.
Spare parts, washing and care products are excluded from exchange.
Returns from EU countries

Refund
Once the goods have arrived back at our premises, the amount will be refunded to you as quickly as possible via your chosen payment method.
Please note that the right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed and flawless items. Use the original packaging if possible. Make sure that the item tags or item labelling remain on the goods.
