You can receive a discount code by subscribing to our newsletter, where we regularly share exclusive offers and promotions. We also offer discount codes during selected campaigns, seasonal sales, and special events.

Simply sign up for our newsletter and, as a new subscriber, you will receive a 10% discount code for your first order in the disana shop.
As a newsletter subscriber, we will also keep you regularly informed about all our upcoming discount promotions.
At the bottom of our shop page, you will find a button to sign up for our newsletter.
Simply follow the instructions provided there.
Important: After signing up, you must activate your subscription via a separate confirmation email (double opt-in). Afterwards, please make sure to log in as a customer in our shop, as the code is not applied automatically and must be entered manually in your shopping cart.
If your discount code cannot be redeemed, there may be several possible reasons.
Please check the most common causes:
- Have you already activated your email address via the confirmation email after signing up for the newsletter?
- Are you logged in as a customer in our shop? If you only log in afterwards, your shopping cart may be emptied again, but logging in is required for the code to work.
- Please also make sure to confirm the entered code by clicking the check mark directly next to the input field.
If you have forgotten to enter your code, we unfortunately cannot apply it retroactively after the order has been completed. For technical reasons, a discount code can only be redeemed directly in the shopping cart during the ordering process.
In this case, please contact our customer service so that we can find a solution together.
You'll find an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every newsletter, making it easy to opt out at any time.
