We deliver within Germany and to the following EU countries:

Due to increased shipping/return costs and customs regulations, delivery to other European countries is unfortunately not possible.

Your package will typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days (after payment is received). 
  • Shipping partner: We ship via DHL (delivery is contactless without a signature). 
  • Tracking: As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a tracking link via email. 
Note regarding supply shortages: Should an item be out of stock, we will inform you immediately about a restock. If it is a discounted item, we will cancel the order and refund you the amount.
Once you've completed your order, it unfortunately can't be changed in the system. However, if your package hasn't yet been prepared for shipment, we'll gladly try to help you manually.
The following applies:
  • We can cancel individual items for you.
  • Unfortunately, changes to color or size are not possible.
  • We can no longer add any additional items.
In this case, please contact our customer service as soon as possible – we will then check immediately what else we can do for you!
Cancellation is only possible as long as your order has not been shipped. If the order is already on its way, you may have to return it after receiving it.

We're happy to try and combine your orders, but unfortunately, this isn't always possible for logistical reasons.
If we do manage to ship the packages together, we won't refund the double shipping costs in cash (as this creates additional manual work for us), but as a thank you, we'll give you a voucher for the amount of the saved shipping costs to use on your next purchase. 
Please let our customer service team know as soon as possible if you'd like to combine two orders!
  • Within Germany, deliveries over €80 are free of charge.
  • Within Europe, deliveries over €150 are free of charge.

In this case, simply contact our customer service! 
We'll gladly check for you whether and when the item will be back in stock. 
Since many of our products are natural classics that are regularly restocked, there's often a good chance your favorite item will be available again soon.

Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges (item for item).
 However, depending on the current status of your order, we have a simple solution for you: 
Has your order not yet been shipped? Contact us quickly – we'll gladly try to cancel the unwanted item for you before it's shipped.

Has your package arrived yet? 
Simply return the item you don't want to keep and place a new order in our shop for your desired size or color.
Tip to avoid returns: 
If you're unsure about a size or color, the size chart we've included with each item will be a great help. Of course, we're also happy to advise you by phone – even though describing colors over the phone can sometimes be a bit tricky, we'll do our best to find the perfect item for you!
