You can choose from the following payment options

• Credit card (processed securely via PayPal – you do not need your own PayPal account for this payment method)
• SEPA Direct Debit

• Bank Transfer (Prepayment) (you pay in advance by bank transfer before your order is processed).
Good to know about bank transfer: To ensure that your payment can be assigned quickly and securely, we use the service provider Komfortkasse.eu. After placing your order, you will receive all the necessary bank transfer details conveniently by email.
No, unfortunately we do not offer payment by invoice.
However, you can pay for your order easily and securely using one of our many other payment methods, such as PayPal, credit card, SEPA Direct Debit, or bank transfer (prepayment).
If you choose bank transfer (prepayment), you will receive a separate email immediately after placing your order with all the important payment information and our bank details.
Please keep the following in mind:
- Payment deadline: Please transfer the amount within 3 days so that we can process your order as quickly as possible.
- Product availability: We reserve and pack your items only after we have received your payment. If payment is delayed, some items may sell out in the meantime, especially our most popular products. The sooner we receive your payment, the sooner your new favorites can be securely packed and shipped to you!
The refund will always be issued using the same payment method you selected when placing your order.
To ensure that your return is processed smoothly, please keep the following in mind:
- Return form: Please make sure to include the completed return form in your package so that we can quickly identify and process your return.
- Condition of the items: All items must be unworn, and all original tags must still be attached.
- Signs of use: Please handle the items with care. If returned items show signs of wear or use, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your payment promptly.
No problem! You can shop with us even if you don't have a PayPal account.
