Click & Collect
If you would like to pick up your items directly from our store, simply select disana LADEN Holzelfingen (In-store pickup) under the shipping options during the checkout process. Once your order has been packed and is ready for collection, we will notify you by email.
You can pick up your order as soon as you have received an email notification from us confirming that your items are ready for collection. This will be after the online order process has been completed and your order has been paid for.
Please note that pickups are only available during our regular store opening hours.
You can pick up your order directly from our disana LADEN store. Simply stop by, and our team will be happy to assist you in person.
Please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting your order. It is perfectly fine to simply show it to us digitally on your smartphone.
Yes, you can have someone else pick up your order on your behalf. Please forward your order confirmation to the person collecting your order so they can show it at the store.
In addition, please send us a short, informal email in advance to shop@disana.de with the name of the person collecting your order, so we know who to expect.
Payment for your Click & Collect order is always made in advance through our online shop. This also applies if you choose the payment method bank transfer in advance.
Please note that we can only prepare your order for pickup once full payment has been received. Unfortunately, payment directly in the store is not possible.
Your order will be held for you at the disana LADEN store for 14 days after you receive your pickup confirmation. If you are unable to collect your package within this two-week period, please contact our customer service team so we can extend the pickup period for you.
Yes, you are very welcome to try on the items directly in our store.
If an item does not fit, a direct exchange (meaning that the value is offset against a new item) is unfortunately not possible for technical reasons. However, you can return any unwanted items directly to our store. We will process the return for you on-site, and the refund will then be issued automatically via the payment method you selected when placing your online order.
If you would like the item in a different size or colour, you can simply purchase it again in our store or place a new order online.
