You can receive a discount code by subscribing to our newsletter, where we regularly share exclusive offers and promotions. We also offer discount codes during selected campaigns, seasonal sales, and special events.

Simply subscribe to our newsletter and, as a new subscriber, you'll receive a 10% discount code for your first order in the disana online shop.
As a newsletter subscriber, you'll also be among the first to hear about exclusive offers, seasonal promotions, and future discount campaigns.
You'll find the newsletter sign-up form at the bottom of our online shop. Simply enter your email address and follow the instructions provided.
Please note that you'll need to confirm your subscription by clicking the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in).
Once your subscription is confirmed, make sure you're logged in to your customer account when placing your first order. Your 10% discount code is not applied automatically—you'll need to enter it manually in the shopping cart.
If your discount code isn't working, there may be several reasons.
Please check the following:
- Have you confirmed your newsletter subscription? After signing up, you must activate your subscription by clicking the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in).
- Are you logged in to your customer account? You must be signed in for the discount code to work. If you log in after adding items to your cart, the cart may be refreshed, but signing in is required before you can redeem the code.

Did you apply the code? After entering your discount code, click the checkmark next to the input field to apply it. The discount will only be added to your order once the code has been successfully applied.
If you forgot to redeem your code, we're unfortunately unable to apply it after your order has been completed. Due to technical limitations, discount codes can only be redeemed directly in the shopping cart during the checkout process.
In this case, please contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
You'll find an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every newsletter, making it easy to opt out at any time.
