You can return items to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please have your order number and email address ready to log in.

Simply follow the short on-screen steps to register your return and receive your return label.

Please make sure that the item is unworn and that all tags are still attached to the product so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges (item for item).

Depending on the status of your order, we may have a simple solution for you:

Has your order not been shipped yet?

Please contact us as soon as possible – we will gladly try to cancel the unwanted item before it is dispatched.

Have you already received your package?

Simply return the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order in our online shop for your preferred size or color.

Tip to avoid returns: If you are unsure about the right size or color, our size guide, which is available for every item, can be very helpful. Of course, we are also happy to advise you by phone. Even though discussing colors over the phone can sometimes be a bit challenging, we will do our best to help you find your perfect favorite item!

Please note that a direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. In this case, the desired item must be ordered again separately. The returned item will be refunded using the payment method you originally selected.

You will need your order number and your email address. Select the items you wish to return, then you can download the return label.

You can create a free return label with us up to 14 days after receiving your delivery.
To ensure we can continue offering this service, we charge a flat fee of €3 for returns from Germany. 
For returns from other EU countries, we charge a flat fee of €6. 
The return fee covers only a part of the actual costs incurred during a return (shipping, packaging, handling, cleaning, etc.). We cover the majority of these costs, so you don't have to bear them alone.

Yes, absolutely! To safe resources and reduce shipping distances, you can return items from different orders in a single package. 

Please note the following: 
Include return labels: 
Be sure to include the return labels for all affected orders in the package. This is the only way our logistics team can process your return quickly and accurately. 
Leave tags on the product: For a smooth return, the tags must still be attached to the garments.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount as quickly as possible using your original payment method.

Please note the following requirements to ensure a smooth refund process:

  • Condition of the items: Returns are only accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
  • Tags: All original tags and labels must remain attached to the items. 
  • Packaging: If possible, please use the original packaging when returning your items.

For orders placed through our online shop, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.
